Realtors: are you in the answer when buyers ask AI who to hire?
Real estate is relationship-driven, but the first move is increasingly a question to an AI: "best realtor in [city]," "top listing agent in [neighborhood]," "who should I hire to sell my home?" The AI answers with a few names. For most agents, theirs isn't one.
What gets an agent or team named
- A clear, consistent brand (you or your team name) repeated across Zillow, Realtor.com, Google and your site — fragmented presence confuses the AI.
- Recent client reviews mentioning neighborhoods and outcomes ("sold in [area] over asking").
- Neighborhood / area pages the AI can quote for hyper-local queries.
- "Best realtor in [city]" lists and local press.
The agents winning AI recommendations aren't the biggest spenders — they're the ones whose signals line up.
