- High, recent review volume — AI weights fresh, plentiful reviews heavily. 400 reviews this year beats 600 from 2019.
- A complete Google Business Profile with services listed (Invisalign, implants, emergency, pediatric) so AI matches procedures to intent.
- Procedure + neighborhood pages the AI can quote ("emergency dentist in [neighborhood]").
- Presence in "best dentist in [city]" roundups — LLMs lean on these.
A polished website and good Google rank don't guarantee it — AI visibility is its own signal stack.
